AES Fabrication team comprises fully qualified boilermaker-welders with experience in major structural repairs and alterations. Once the welding services are completed, we can provide NDT, UT and visual weld testing.
In addition to boilermaking services and repairs, we carry out complete heavy fabrication of finished items. Examples of mining equipment manufactured through our fabrication services include:

Line Boring
AES offers a line boring service using specialised, automated boring tools and machinery. Our team of line boring experts can fix bore misalignment and restore it to meet OEM specifications.
Line boring projects can be done in the workshop or at remote sites via our mobile service. Conducting a thorough analysis of the damaged and worn bores is important to ensure precise boring restoration to their original condition.
