AES Equipment Solutions provide fully qualified boilermaker-welders with experience in major structural repairs and alterations. Once the welding services are completed, we can provide NDT, UT and visual weld testing.

In addition to boiler making services and repairs, we carry out complete heavy fabrication of finished items. Examples of mining equipment we have manufactured with our welding services include:

AES offers a comprehensive metal fabrication service for all heavy fabrication of earthmoving equipment, including boiler-maker/welding services, cab refurbishments, tray rebuilds, bucket repairs, access and egress systems, and general panel fabrication.

We provide a line boring service using specialised, automated boring tools. These tools offer the advantage of extremely fine tolerances providing a cost effective alternative to completely dismantling mining equipment for repair. Utilising this welding technology allows us to carry out repairs on-site, as well as in our workshop, to minimise your downtime.
