We completed a salt preparation project on a brand-new MAC25 Franna Crane for our key customer, Rio Tinto. We designed and installed a service point system, a front handrail system, ladder access to the engine bay, and a stainless chain box divider – all tailored to the client’s specifications. 

This project highlights the collaborative efforts of our painters, mechanics, electricians, and boilermakers. Other improvements over the OEM are the addition of a bonnet safety stay, which we designed and fabricated in-house, and the fitting of an external coolant sight glass for easy visual checks during prestart.
