AES Equipment Solutions carried out a salt treatment project on a new Komatsu 955-7 Grader for our valued customer, Rio Tinto. 

The grader was extensively disassembled, treated at the component level, and then carefully reassembled before being commissioned. Throughout the process, we worked closely with both the customer and the OEM to implement various upgrades and modifications to the machine.

AES applies salt treatment as a critical preventive measure to ensure machine longevity, sustained performance, and reduced long-term maintenance costs. This treatment helps avoid premature rusting, corrosion, or other kinds of surface degradation and extends the life of the machine when operating in such a harsh environment.
